Method 1:
Carpet
(Fluid)

Cover well with salt while stain is fresh. As the salt absorbs the ink, brush off and replace with fresh salt. Finally, sponge the area with sour milk followed by methylated sprits.

Caution Methylated spirits is highly flammable. Keep away from naked flame and do not smoke near it

Method 2:
Carpet

Saturate the stained area with white wine vinegar and mop up with a sponge or blotting paper until the carpet is dry. Repeat if necessary.

Method 3:

Act quickly: blot up all you can, then spray or pour soda water over the area. Press towelling into the area to absorb as much of the liquid as possible. Sprinkle liberally with borax powder, leave to dry, then vacuum up.

Method 4: (natural)
Carpet (Ball Point Pen)
Using a cloth dipped in a mixture of equal parts of milk and white vinegar, dab at the ink mark until it disappears.

Method 5: (Natural)
Leather (Ball Point Pen)
Rub the mark with a soft cloth dampened with, then sponge it with warm water.

Carpet/upholstery (ball point pen)
Dab marks with a cloth or cotton swab moistened with isopropyl alcohol, blotting with a clean cloths or white paper towels in between, and changing the cotton swab frequently. Continue until the stain is lifted. Treat persistent stains the same way, using denatured alcohol.
